If so, let's start the conversation.Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist North America to join our Human Resources (HR) team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing professional, expert advice and execution on Employee and/or Labor Relations matters across North America. This role is essential for driving consistency in the application of policies and procedures while managing multiple employee relations cases from initiation through to resolution. This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity, and bilingual proficiency in English is required. Spanish intermediate level is also required.What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities) In this role, you will:Manage and document Tier 3 Employee Relations cases, utilizing a Case Management tool to drive cases to resolution, escalating to internal Legal function or external legal providers as necessary.Consult with people managers to provide guidance on day-to-day employee issues, and respond to complex inquiries covering disciplinary action, performance management, policy breach, and internal investigations.Ensure compliance by investigating Ethics Line reports and collaborating with third-party providers on unemployment claim inquiries to uphold organizational standards and regulatory requirements.What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications) The ideal candidate will have:5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources (HR) with demonstrated functional knowledge and expertise in Employee Relations.Strong knowledge of Employee Relations principles, labor laws, and case management best practices, with experience supporting North America.Proven ability in sound decision-making, root cause analysis, and problem-solving, particularly in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.Bachelor's degree and fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory for this role.What We Offer (Benefits)Competitive compensation aligned with your experience.Flexible work options /alternative work options to support work-life balance, as this is a remote opportunity.Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth within an ever-evolving global organization.If you are a motivated and experienced Employee Relations professional ready to drive impact in a global organization, apply today to join the Iron Mountain team!Category: Human ResourcesIron Mountain is a global leader in storage and information management services trusted by more than 225,000 organizations in 60 countries.
