The position is based in Abu Dhabi. The Employee Welfare Officer will be responsible for overseeing employee welfare activities, organizing training programs, managing social services, conducting employee interviews on well-being. The role requires ensuring employee well-being and fostering a safe and supportive work environment that aligns with the company’s commitment to best practices and regulations for +7000 employees. QualificationsExperience in welfare activities and knowledge of employee well-being practicesAbility to coordinate and facilitate training sessions for employee developmentStrong background in social services to support employees' personal and professional growthProficiency in conducting interviews feedbacks and well-being correspondence. Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsKnowledge of labor laws and regulations, especially in the construction sector, is advantageousBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Work, or a related field is preferredPrior experience in a similar role within the construction industry is an added advantageAble to speak Hindi would be highly preferrable.
