We are looking for an Employer Branding Partner who cares about people, organizational culture, and is passionate about fostering meaningful internal communication.Join our team and help shape an engaging employer branding strategy across all Grigeo Group companies – by organizing internal events, driving impactful initiatives, strengthening our culture, and bringing our values to life every day.If you believe that internal communication, a strong culture, and purposeful employer branding are the foundations of employee engagement and organizational success, we invite you to be part of this journey.Key Responsibilities:Implement the employer branding strategy across the group of companies.Develop and manage an internal communication strategy and related processes.Initiate and lead internal culture programs, including the company's mission, values, employee recognition, and reward systems.Create and execute internal communication content plans, implementing, managing, and administering communication tools and channels.Organize and oversee internal events and engaging initiatives for employees, social partners, or other stakeholders (as needed).Manage and administer internal surveys and research processes.Administer and manage the intranet platform, including IT solutions, content, and functionality.Ensure consistency in visual communication across all group company materials (presentations, posters, visual assets, etc.).Requirements:Proven experience in employer branding and/or internal communications.Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.Strong strategic thinking and project management abilities.Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.Positive attitude, responsibility, and ability to work independently.Critical thinking and sound judgment in complex situations.Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant tools.Higher education (bachelor's degree or higher).Good command of English, both written and spoken.We Offer:A responsible and meaningful role in an international organization.Opportunities for training, professional development, and career growth.Additional health insurance coverage.Partial compensation for lunch.Competitive salary with quarterly performance bonuses.The role is based on a fixed-term employment agreement.Salary starting from €3,200 gross per month.The specific salary is offered based on work experience and competence.
