What is EMR?Electronic medical record (EMR) systems, defined as "an electronic record of health-related information on an individual that can be created, gathered, managed, and consulted by authorized clinicians and staff within one health-care organization," have the potential to provide substantial benefits to physicians, clinic practices, and health-care organizations. EMR is a starting point to enter US health informatics and medical software. These systems can facilitate work-flow and improve the quality of patient care and patient safety.The ideal candidate will:Be trained in the company's system.Receive and make calls to our clients.Be responsible on training customers on using the company's systemGain Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT codesGain knowledge of MIPS and MACRAWorking directly with physicians and clinic staff to help implementation of the EMR system.Gain new skills about EMR systems, US clinics workflows, and didgital health tools.Work with the engineering department on system testing and special projectsJob RequirementsBachelor's degree in pharmacy or related.Fluency in English is a MUSTAmerican or British accent is a must /Native like an English speaker.An excellent medical terminology background is a must.Able to work in office according to Oklahoma's working hours which is from 3 pm till 12 amor 4 pm till 1 am Egypt's time.This position IS NOT intended for physicians or dentists.
