As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving profitability across multiple outlets.Manage and coordinate all food and beverage outlets as independent profit centersDevelop and implement annual operating budgets, including revenue projections and expense control measuresEnsure adherence to established service standards and operational procedures across all outletsCollaborate closely with the Executive Chef to maintain high-quality food and beverage offeringsHandle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionallyEstablish and maintain positive relationships with guests and key stakeholdersDevelop and implement marketing strategies to increase revenue and market shareMonitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edgeTrain, mentor, and develop outlet managers and staff to enhance performance and service deliveryConduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team membersEnsure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulationsOversee inventory management and cost control measuresImplement and maintain brand standards and rituals across all food and beverage operationsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field3-5 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitalityProven leadership experience in managing multiple food and beverage outletsStrong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and profit managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain positive relationships with guests, team members, and stakeholdersDemonstrated experience in implementing and maintaining high service standardsProficiency in restaurant management software and POS systemsUp-to-date knowledge of food and beverage trends and industry best practicesFood safety certification (e.g., ServSafe)Fluency in English; Arabic and French language skills are highly desirableStrong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressureFlexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPassion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environmentAdditional InformationYour Team And Working EnvironmentIn 1-2 sentences, introduce the team, property or office environment in a way that reflects the cultureNote: Customization may be included for any specific local or legislative requirements, such as work permitsOur Commitment To Diversity & InclusionWe are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
