📍 Location: Kuala Lumpur / Selangor (On-site)🕒 Work Arrangement: Must be able to work beyond normal hours and/or weekends when required🧩 Department: Digital Infrastructure💼 Experience: 4–6 yearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Endpoint Management Support professional to join our team for a critical Technology Refresh project, while supporting ongoing BAU endpoint operations. You will work closely with our Digital Infrastructure team to ensure smooth device deployment, compliance, and operational stability.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute large-scale endpoint deployments using Microsoft IntuneConfigure, manage, and enforce device compliance & security baselinesCoordinate software, application, and patch deploymentTroubleshoot endpoint and Intune-related issues (including log analysis)Collaborate with project and BAU teams for seamless device transitionsMaintain documentation and support endpoint governance processesTop Skills Needed✔ Endpoint provisioning & deployment✔ Microsoft Intune configuration & policy enforcement✔ Security baseline implementation & compliance monitoring✔ Patch management & software deployment✔ Strong troubleshooting & incident resolution skillsRequirements4–6 years of experience in endpoint/device managementHands-on experience with Microsoft IntuneStrong analytical & problem-solving abilitiesWilling to work extended hours/weekends when requiredAvailable for a 6-month contractHow to ApplySend your updated CV to: nurazira.azemi@stratosolutions.com.myor apply directly via LinkedIn.
