We’re seeking an exceptionally detail-oriented and personable secretary to work full-time in the Executive office. The ideal candidate will bring resourcefulness, organization, and superb communication skills to the role. This person should have experience working in an office, supporting coworkers and clients in various administrative tasks. ResponsibilitiesYou will provide all round secretarial and high level administrative support in high level administrative and secretarial matters to the General Manager..Responsible for daily management, E-mails, preparation and formatting of reports.Respond and advise efficiently to electronic or verbal inquiries on all matters that concern the various department heads.Assistance to the General Manager in full management of correspondence, email and calendar.General overseeing of the office and administrative duties.Manage meetings, including attending where required.QualificationsAt least 2 years of combined work experience as a Secretary or Personal Assistant in previous capacity role.Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.Advanced knowledge of computer application skills, especially in reports and spreadsheet applications.
