Project Analyst / Project Management Officer (PMO), Project Assistant / Project Planner, Project Scheduler / Project Support Officer (Capital / Construction / Infrastructure Utility / Utilities Projects) Location: Dublin, Ireland (hybrid/mostly remote with occasional client office visits when required)Our client is a Global Top Tier Management Consultancy’s have a dynamic and diverse Transformation Delivery team, delivering large-scale Capital Projects across Ireland. The RoleThe successful candidate will support a number of Project Managers in the management and improvement of existing Project Delivery Processes such as project set-up, Reporting, Cost and Schedule Tracking, Document Management, Workflow Tracking etc.
The role will require an ability to Understand Delivery Processes, liaise and co-ordinate with separate internal teams in order to facilitate the delivery of an overall streamlined process. It is envisaged that the Project Analyst will work closely with the Project Management function in order to analyse, develop and implement a cycle of Continuous Improvements within the business.
A non- exhaustive list of typical tasks are set out below;Completion of Project setup, SharePoint sites and folder setup Implement Chronological Folder and sub-folder structuringManage Project Development Process/ Project Checklists in consultation with Project ManagerTrack KPI data and develop for use in periodic reportingWork with PMs to ensure Project Information and Schedules are updated consistent with governance processesWork with the Project Management Office to develop and update Dashboards for onwardreporting and project trackingCost/Budget Tracking Baseline Schedule Checklist Cross Functional tracker updates, auditing, policingBusiness Planning trackersTeam PlannersMeeting minutesAudit ReadinessWork with PMs to ensure relevant Project Management (PM) control documents are in placefor each project per client Framework ControlReview Process Performance and suggest improvements where feasibleRequirements/The successful candidate will have;3 - 5 years' experience, Worked previously in a Project Setup Support and maintenance role,An ability to innovate within an existing project delivery environment in order to support the existingProject Management Team,Experience in a Technical Setting preferable, but not essential for the candidate that can communicateeffectively within a Technical Environment,Experience in working within a Regulated and Customer Focused team,An ability to recognize and understand cross functional interdependencies,Have good Data Management and data analytic/presentation skills,Have demonstrable experience in the development or implementation of a document managementsystem,Experience in development and implementation of process checklists,Developed and updated Project Execution Plans.
