Engagement Managers and are accountable for the successful execution of Brooks International’s Engagement Delivery which includes Assessment and Implementation phases:Assessment – Engagement Managers lead their team through a four week Assessment of the client’s current state, quantifying the financial impact Brooks International can deliver through an optimized client state during an Implementation Engagement.Implementation – Engagement Managers are accountable for delivery of the committed benefits and architecting the client’s future state operating model. Engagement Managers maintain responsibility for the ‘day-to-day’ and ultimately, securing delivery of the committed financial benefits and optimized client state to ensure client satisfaction. Engagement Managers deploy clear accountabilities to their team of 5-7 Implementation Specialists and provide constant leadership to ensure the on-time delivery of benefits, deliverables and client satisfaction is achieved. Engagement Managers at Brooks International are on an Executive “fast track,” serving Fortune 500 CEO clients across the globe, delivering the business world’s most demanding real-time outcomes.Candidate Qualifications:Plant Management experience with at least 2 years of P&L ownership.Or 1-5 years of successful experience as a Manager leading teams in the Management Consulting field.The ability to travel and work directly on client sites each week, no relocation is necessary (paid travel, lodging, transportation, meals, cellular etc.)CEO/Board level communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; self-confidence and executive presence.Possesses innate quantitative reasoning capability, is highly insightful and capable of achieving the required outcomes under all conditions and at all times – an effective winner who is unwilling to fail.Applies premier listening skills and is capable of serving in a business context at the highest order.Is a practitioner of humility and empathy in balance with maximum intensity to purpose.Comprehensive leadership capability inclusive of team member development/advancement, informal mentoring and chronic deployment of cultural requirements.Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is required, MBA is preferred.The following personal attributes: intellectual curiosity, a passion for business leadership, a positive attitude and belief in what’s possible, unwavering self-discipline, commitment to mission and the inherent urge to do what’s right.The ability and commitment to: maintain professionalism at all times, execute under pressure while achieving the highest level of quality, seek direction and improve the skills of your team to achieve rapid professional development within your portfolio of resources.The legal right to work full time in the Australia without the requirement of sponsorship by either a company or third party.Currently hold an Australian passport, or the ability to obtain one prior to your start date.Career Progression, Compensation and Talent Development:Brooks International distinctly offers an accelerated, transparent career path with employee training/talent development, competency development/certification and performance management as the linchpin of career progression. An effective Engagement Manager will earn total annual compensation between $250k to $350k+, comprised of a competitive base salary, Assessment conversion incentive and Extension incentive.
