Attention to detail and consistency are crucial.Commitment to Safety & Equipment Mastery Using the correct PPE, mastering lifting techniques, and becoming proficient with PIV operations (rigging, slinging, etc.) will keep you and your team safe while ensuring smooth workflow. Training will support you here, but your mindset matters most.Team Collaboration & Communication Success hinges on working closely with supervisors and technical teams—whether you're packing components for inspection or coordinating production tasks. Clear communication and a proactive attitude will set you apart.Ownership of Workspace & Process Flow Applying 5S housekeeping principles and maintaining a clean, organized environment will boost efficiency and reflect your professionalism.
