We are looking for an Engineer - Production Engineering who will work for Çerkezköy Electronics Plant.Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering,Having method and time studies knowledge, line balancing expertise (MTM),Having experience in Lean Manufacturing techniques,Having experience in efficiency, cost improvement, and 6 Sigma projectsHaving experience in ergonomics analysis,Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs,Preferably, knowledge of Simio, Plant Simulation, or any other simulation programs.The position is located in Tekirdağ, Türkiye. How do we describe the perfect match? Plan and manage productivity increase, cost improvement, and investment projects,Perform work balancing, time analysis, and capacity calculations in the assigned responsibility area.Plan the optimum utilization of the company's all labor sources,Follow and analyze facility capacity, workstation operations, and ergonomics.Ensure the necessary process steps are completed on time for the new product projects.Develop ideas and lead creative production and material handling-related projects,Optimize process and material flow, and make workplace organization and workflow arrangements.Prepare advanced reportsWe are an equal opportunity employer.
