Merchandiser

Job Description: Desma Tekstil is seeking an experienced Merchandiser to manage communication and coordination between our clients and company. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless flow of information, address client needs, and maintain high levels of satisfaction by providing regular updates and insights on product development and order management.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the main communication link between clients and the company regarding orders.Provide detailed product information and support to clients based on their requests and needs.Prepare and deliver regular reports and updates to clients, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.Take necessary actions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Conduct written and verbal communication with international clients to maintain long-term relationships.Coordinate production and sample orders with relevant departments and manage the follow-up and shipment process.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or International Relations (preferred).Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, to manage client communication effectively.Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.Ability to work under a fast-paced workload, with a proactive and analytical mindset.Problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative in resolving issues.Openness to professional development and continuous learning.Strong organizational and planning skills, with a keen eye for follow-up.Aiming for a career in the textile industry.Team player capable of collaborating with various departments and disciplines.Must reside in or be willing to relocate to İzmir.If you’re ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in the textile industry, we’d love to hear from you!
