Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Plan, design, configure, and implement assigned solutions for enterprise clients.Conduct technical workshops, solution demonstrations, and end-user training.Work closely with the Service Delivery and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption.Provide post-implementation support, ensuring solution stability and customer satisfaction.Document implementation steps, configurations, and best practices.Collaborate with vendors and partners for advanced troubleshooting and escalations.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of latest technologies and industry practices.Implement enterprise solutions such as Contact Center platforms (ex.XCally, 3CX, Ameyo), Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and hardware solutions.Configure integration between enterprise apps, telecom infrastructure, and business processes.Support customers in adopting omni-channel contact center and collaboration platforms.Provide training for customer teams on solution features and best practices.Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field is preferred1-2 years of experience in enterprise solution implementation, preferably in ICT, telecom, or managed services.Proven track record of successful enterprise project deployments.Strong customer engagement and training skills.Certifications in relevant technologies are a strong plus.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills; fluency in English required.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing abilities.Customer-first mindset with ability to balance technical depth and customer engagement.πŸ“₯𝐀𝐩𝐩π₯𝐲 𝐍𝐨𝐰:Tel./ Telegram: +855 77 906 555Email: careers@cellcard.com.kh
