Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Applied Mathematics, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience in data science or machine learningStrong foundation in supervised/unsupervised learning, statistical modeling, and end-to-end ML workflowsExperience with Microsoft Azure and its data/ML ecosystem (e.g., Azure ML, Data Factory, Synapse)Proficiency in Python and core ML/DL libraries: scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, KerasFamiliarity with Hugging Face, OpenCV, and time-series forecasting techniquesExperience in one or more of the following domains: Natural Language Processing (NLP), including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)Computer Vision: CNNs, object detection (e.g., YOLO), image segmentationReal-time tracking, edge detection, and image enhancement (preferred)Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP optional) and scalable ML pipelinesKnowledge of data governance, privacy, and ethical AI principlesAbility to translate business problems into data science solutionsStrong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholdersProactive, results-driven, and able to work independently or in teamsExperience working in Agile/DevOps environmentsStrong prioritization, problem-solving, and analytical skillsNegotiation and stakeholder management capabilitiesUpper-intermediate proficiency in Kazakh, Russian, and EnglishCitizenship of RoK
