By joining us as an Engineer I, Order and Technical Support, you will be part of a collaborative, impactful, and dynamic Pressure Management Sales Order Management team that will be responsible for order processing for both technical and commercial aspects. You will ensure that all orders are in compliance with the Pressure Management booking policy.In this capacity, you will provide excellent support to Pressure Management trade operations in terms of, but not limited to, order entry and processing. You will interface between sales offices, representatives, and factories to manage sales orders efficiently. This gives you a vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supporting operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation.If this sounds like a perfect fit for you, apply now and join our team in Mandaluyong City, Philippines!In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:To receive and record customer orders and related supporting documents.To ensure all customer orders are accompanied by the required specification/sizing sheets, data sheets, and other supporting documents applicable.To verify product services required in the customer order (tests, certificates, COO, etc.) are available and applicable to the products selected.To identify special instructions in the order and/or attachments, and ensure they are properly captured and addressed in the customer order.To validate pricing and commissions for standard/special constructions/product services per internal guidelines.To conduct ITC screening of each order and coordinate with the site compliance leader for approval/report as necessary.To raise purchase orders to factories if required via ERP System, PMG Portal, or manual PO to non-MRP factories.Who You Are:You have a strong drive for results and excellent customer service skills. You are adaptable to change and are constantly working to be more efficient. Your attention to detail is remarkable, and you have good problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. You can efficiently carry out tasks independently and process orders accurately and timely.
