Engineer

I am seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our client. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and continuous improvement of equipment used in offshore projects. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, safe, and efficient solutions for global offshore projects.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate technical drawings and 2D/3D models using CAD tools (Inventor and SolidWorks required).Gather and integrate input from engineers to ensure complete and coherent design models.Prepare manuals, operational standards, and maintenance instructions.Support product development, improvement, and feasibility studies.Conduct FEM strength checks (ANSYS, RFEM) and ensure code compliance.Draft material and design specifications and implement lessons learned.Provide technical input during proposal phases and assist operations during project execution.Perform compliance checks at vendor facilities and participate in on-site evaluations or commissioning.Education & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Offshore Engineering, or related field.Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and FEM software (ANSYS and RFEM preferred).2–3 years of relevant engineering experience.Strong communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary, multicultural teams.Good command of English (spoken and written).MUST be located in the Netherlands.What We OfferOpportunity to work on innovative offshore projects in a dynamic environment.Collaborative team culture with a focus on technical excellence and safety.Professional growth and development opportunities.
