About The RoleThis position is to take responsibility for the new project launch and keep mass production project running well in testing related.What You Will DoWork with advanced team to hand over new project and work with global site to transfer the project to local site on testing related processes and equipment. Review product circuit board designs for testability requirements, review test equipment design feedback lessons learning on project earlier phase. Support manufacturing with failure analysis, tester debugging, reduce intermittent failures and downtime of test equipment. Collect and analyze test data, continual to do improvement on FPY and test coverage to meet requirement. Be able to study and capable for line of business application creation to support normal continuous improvement process necessary. Perform semi-routine technique development and maintenance, subject to establish standards, including ISO and QS development standards. Provide training in new procedures for production testing staff. What You Need To Be SuccessfulEducation: Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Industrial, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent). Experience: Five years or more experience in EMS Electronic manufacturing as Testing Engineer. Be a strong communicator and excellent team builder. Good experience in testing area. One of Labview/TestStand, C# or VB programming experience. Bonus Points if You HaveProficiency in electronic circuit board analysis, including schematic interpretation. Hands-on experience with MSA and CPK analysis. Understand with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Testing (DFT) principles. Knowledge of automotive standards (e.g., VDA, AIAG). Experience with communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, MOST). Experience for the test program development. Practical experience with audio amplifier/RF signal testing instruments. Leadership in test-focused project initiatives. Practical experience with Robot and PLC. What Makes You EligibleYou have a working knowledge of English. You are willing to travel, if necessary.
