Join us in this journey to make your career even more fulfilling and rewarding.Role PurposeDeputise as Duty In Charge (DIC), Outstation Maintenance when the DIC, Outstation Maintenance is absent and assume the full responsibilities as detailed in the DIC’s job descriptionManage the routine maintenance, servicing and certification of company aircraft in accordance with the CAD and company standards and procedures as defined in the EPMFollow and adhere to local OH&S regulations which take priority over the EPMEstablish a good co-operational relationship with MROs, service providers, and agentsManage the routine maintenance, servicing and certification of third party operator’s aircraft in accordance with the applicable SGHA. Provide a high level of customer serviceLiaise with the Certified Shipper to determine which Dangerous Goods Regulation applies to the aircraft parts and materials held at the station before shipment by air if they do not have an engineer possessed of this knowledge and licenseManage and monitor the performance of subcontractorsFacilitate and respond to internal, external and authority inspections or auditsPerform relief duties on other stations when requested to do soAssist in other duties (e.g. provide training, QC,etc) as assignedThe Ideal CandidatePossess valid aircraft maintenance basic license(s) - HKAR, FAA, EASA, JCAB etc.Must hold a A320 aircraft type approval at B1 level 3 trainingMinimum 5 years of working experience in airlines M&E / MRO in Japan or Hong KongHolder of a valid residence card or eligible to work in JapanFamiliarize with using technical manualsExposure in A320 series aircraft maintenance certification experience is highly preferredStrong interpersonal skills and good team playerAbility to work under pressure with good decision makingProficient in both spoken and written English while Japanese is a meritRequire shift duties on a roster basisYour Future Work LifeFly anywhere we fly for free with your friends and family to explore the worldOpen office to collaborate, connect and share great ideasEnergetic and multicultural teammates from up to 50 nationalities!
