Role Description This is a full-time Engineer role located on-site in Hagåtña. The Engineer will manage, coordinate, and oversee construction projects, ensuring timely and successful completion. Responsibilities include reviewing project designs, preparing technical reports, performing necessary calculations, and ensuring compliance with regulations and safety protocols. The Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges, maintain project budgets, and ensure high-quality deliverables align with the company's standards of excellence. Qualifications Proficiency in engineering design, project planning, and problem-solvingExperience with construction management, technical documentation, and regulatory complianceStrong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skillsCapability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and handle challenges under time constraintsKnowledge of safety standards and dedication to maintaining a safe work environmentBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related fieldProfessional Engineer (PE) License or equivalent certification preferredExperience in construction or real estate development is a strong advantageExcellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively
