Engineer Product Test Engineering

We are seeking a Product Test Engineer to develop new products from concept to launch, overseeing project management, collaboration with cross-functional teams, product characterization, qualification, and manufacturing test process development, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and ensuring high-quality products that meet customer needs.Job DescriptionIn your new role you will:Product Development: Lead the development of new products, including defining product requirements, creating product specifications, and working with design teams to create prototypes.Project Management: Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful product launches. This includes creating project plans, tracking progress, and identifying and mitigating risks.Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with various teams, including design, manufacturing, quality, and sales, to ensure that products meet customer needs and are manufactured efficiently.Product Characterization: Develop and execute testing and validation plans to ensure that products meet customer requirements and are reliable.Product Qualification: Perform reliability stress test and check product quality that product can meet lift time guarantee.Manufacturing Test Process Development : Ensure that products are designed with manufacturability in mind, including selecting materials, designing for assembly, and optimizing production processes.Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize product development processes and improve product quality.Your ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have:Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Computer Engineer, Computer Science or a related field.Experience: 0-2 years of experience in product development, R&D, project management, or a related field.Technical Skills: Programming Language: C , Python Data Visualization: Excel, Spotfire, Tableau Electronic Circuit DesignSoft Skills: Excellent communication, English Language, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
