Whether the testing is manual, automated, or cognitive, you hold a key role in releasing the best deliverables to our clients and IBM alike. In your role you may be responsible for:Building automated tests using tools such as Selenium, Protractor, Katalon, Cucumber, etc.Create test data and test environmentsWrite and execute test scripts under the direction of a senior tester and test lead and identify errors and validate successes for any software solutionIdentify, understand, and document all programming errors and operational characteristics that are inconsistent with stated requirements and design specification goals for the given program, application or set of applicationsDo a deep-dive and present test results to clients and project teams clearlyRequired Technical And Professional ExpertiseBasic understanding of the process of Software TestingIntroductory development backgroundFamiliarity with cloud computing conceptsAbility to thrive in an ever changing, technology based Consulting environment, using agile Exposure to basic AI concepts, ethics, and methodologiesPreferred Technical And Professional ExperiencePreferred experience: knowledgeable on design, creation and execution of functional and/or non-functional test cases; experience with tool (or similar tools) such as: Confluence, JIRA, Selenium, Test Data Management Tools, Performance Testing ToolsExposure to at least one cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, IBM, or Google CloudFamiliarity with data quality analysis, and testing skills in API, ETL and SQLExposure to basic data science concepts
