Engineering Consultant (Architectural & Structural)

Hayah Developments is seeking a highly experienced Engineering Consultant with strong expertise in both Architectural and Structural disciplines. The consultant will play a key role in reviewing designs, supervising technical coordination, and monitoring site execution for high-end residential villa and compound projects.Key Responsibilities:Review architectural, structural, and MEP design packages to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.Approve shop drawings and provide technical feedback to design and construction teams.Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution quality and resolve technical challenges.Coordinate closely with contractors, consultants, and project management teams.Evaluate and approve material submittals and finishing samples.Prepare technical reports and follow-up documentation for project progress.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.Strong knowledge of design standards, construction methods, and quality control.Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit is a plus).Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work on-site in Sheikh Zayed when required.
