Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and organized Engineer and Coordinator to join our team In this dynamic role, you will combine your technical engineering expertise with strong coordination abilities to ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives.Lead and coordinate engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement engineering solutionsAnalyze complex engineering problems and provide innovative solutionsPrepare and review technical documentation, including reports, specifications, and drawingsCoordinate with internal departments, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successMonitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as neededEnsure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policiesParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and methodologiesMentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growthQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering (specific field relevant to the company's focus)Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in engineering and project coordinationStrong technical skills and in-depth knowledge of engineering principles and practicesProficiency in relevant engineering software and toolsExcellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesOutstanding organizational and coordination skillsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work effectively in a team environment and lead cross-functional groupsKnowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practicesFamiliarity with quality control processes and continuous improvement methodologiesProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferredFluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
