We are currently seeking an Engineering Supervisor to join their state-of-the-art facility in County Cavan.As Engineering Supervisor, you will oversee all engineering operations on shift, balancing team motivation with the implementation of management initiatives. Leading a team of skilled engineers and apprentices, you will ensure the smooth and efficient running of all production departments. You will also be responsible for delivering engineering KPIs, targets, and plans in line with business objectives.What you'll need:3+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment (food industry preferred, not essential)Strong diagnostic skills with hands-on electrical and mechanical expertisePrevious supervisory experience is preferred but we are also open to senior engineers ready to take the next step in their careerContact a.fenske@vickerstock.com
