We are building the future, today.About The RoleWe are now looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our cross-border payment platform. You will lead a team of talented software engineers, driving innovation and ensuring the successful execution of our technical strategy. Your responsibilities will encompass team management, strategic planning, and hands-on coding, making you a key contributor to our growth and success.ResponsibilitiesManage team performance, set goals, and track progressFacilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team and with cross-functional departmentsProvide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growthCollaborate with business development, product, and other teams to define and execute the technical roadmapIdentify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to ensure our platform remains competitiveDevelop and implement strategies to optimize development processes and improve code qualityContribute to the overall technical direction of the companyActively participate in coding projects, helping the company reach its objectives while setting a high-quality standard inside and outside the teamReview and mentor team members' code to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standardsContribute to the development of reusable components and librariesGenerate exemplary technical documentation, helping the team to set the foundations for successRequirementsProven experience as a senior software engineer with a strong track record of delivering successful projectsMinimum of 2 years of experience in team management, preferably in a fast-paced technology environmentStrong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical challengesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional teamsAbility to inspire and motivate a team to achieve their goalsAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyPassion for building innovative and scalable software solutionsExperience in the fintech industry is a plusThese are the applicable requisites, although equivalent competencies in any of the above will also be considered.Our tech stackWe are technology agnostic and value candidates with diverse backgrounds.
