Engineering Manager

With a strong technological background, they will not only mentor and set the team’s technology directionbut also dive into the technical work when needed to ensure success.Responsibilities:Leading agile teams to implement features that deliver significant impact for our customersDesigning technical aspects of user stories and plans for deliveryTake ownership for overall delivery cadence and quality for your teamsIdentifying and removing obstacles and bottlenecks from the teamDrive adoption of key engineering practices to improve deliveryMentor and coach team of engineers in agile and good practiceOrganising effective knowledge transfer, training, and documentationWe're looking for:A Bachelor and/or Master degree3+ years experience leading and managing software engineering teams, including coaching teams on agile practicesExperience in Kanban or other immediate type deliveryPrevious experience in developing either Java, React, C# etc.2+ years communicating to key stakeholdersBonus Skills:Experience in solution architectureExperience in managing projectsExperience in cloud environments (AWS or equivalent)Experience in working with DevOps and CI/CD pipelinesExperience using SQL Server (or a similar relational database)
