Engineering Manager

At Magoya, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Engineering Manager to join our team.This is a key leadership position, you’ll work closely with our CTO, helping guide our technical direction while staying hands-on with our projects.If you enjoy balancing leadership and technology, love solving complex problems, and believe that collaboration is the foundation of great work, this role is for you.What You’ll Do Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration. Partner with the CTO to define and execute the company’s technology strategy. Stay hands-on with the codebase — review pull requests, guide architecture decisions, and help solve critical challenges. Coordinate technical efforts with Product and Delivery teams to ensure high-quality, timely project execution. Support pre-sales conversations and technical discussions with clients. Promote best practices, continuous improvement, and innovation across teams. Ensure that technical solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Magoya’s business objectives.What We’re Looking For Proven experience leading engineering teams or managing technical projects. Strong background in software development (ideally full-stack) and system architecture. Hands-on approach, you enjoy getting involved technically when needed. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Experience in agile environments.
