The company’s team of Engineers delivers innovative, efficient, and high-quality design solutions for infrastructure, industrial, and residential projects worldwide. We are looking for an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team as Engineering Manager. This is a leadership role for a highly motivated professional who will oversee structural design projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and drive technical excellence in our engineering practice.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the structural engineering team, ensuring high-quality project delivery.Oversee design, analysis, and review of structural projects (reinforced concrete, steel, and composite structures).Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and innovative solutions.Manage project timelines, budgets, and client communications.Support business development and contribute to company growth.RequirementsMaster’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.Minimum 8-10 years of proven experience in structural design and project management.Strong knowledge of Eurocodes and structural analysis software (e.g. SAP2000, ETABS, Tekla, Robot).Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Fluency in EnglishChartered Engineer or equivalent professional accreditation is an advantage.BenefitsA leadership role with real impact on challenging and diverse projects.Collaborative environment with talented professionals.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.Competitive compensation package
