For more information on TCP, visit www.tcpsoftware.com or follow us on LinkedIn or Facebook.As a Software Engineering Manager, you will:Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality software solutionsOversee the full software development lifecycle — from planning and design to deployment and maintenanceCollaborate with product owners, QA, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and prioritiesDemonstrate strong understanding of SaaS-based products, multi-tenant architecture, and modern cloud infrastructure. Set and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development processesConduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support team members' career growthDrive architectural decisions and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of systemsManage resource planning, workload distribution, and project timelinesEnsure alignment between business goals and technical strategyStay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where relevantPromote a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement within the engineering teamAssist in hiring, recruiting, and onboarding software engineers to build a strong and capable team.
