Job DescriptionThe Manager - Acquisition & Partnerships will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing external partners. The ideal candidate will combine strong negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills to ensure that all external partners deliver prospects that meet our ICP criteria and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesHeadhunt, evaluate, and recruit high-performing channel partner companies and affiliates.Negotiate rates, define SLAs, and formalize partnership agreements.Onboard and train partners on qualification criteria, ICPs, and submission processes.Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure proper follow-up and conversion of acquired leads.Monitor and evaluate quality daily across all partners, identifying issues or deviations early.Track and report on metrics such as “Not Qualified,” “Not Interested,” or “Incorrect Contact Info”.Manage refund or replacement processes with vendors to protect ROI.Continuously refine sources and filters based on performance data.Prepare weekly performance dashboards and maintain transparent communication with leadership.Required Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in performance marketing, affiliate management, or acquisition.Strong understanding of B2B SaaS or service-based sales funnels.Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.Analytical mindset with experience using CRM and tracking tools.Proven track record of managing multiple vendors or affiliates simultaneously.Software Finder is a leading B2B SaaS marketplace that helps businesses discover, compare, and select the right software solutions.
