With offices across the USA and Europe, Nova Sky Stories is an international company working with the world’s greatest venues, brands, and events. 📱 Follow us: @NovaSkyStories About this role:As Engineering Program Manager, you’ll sit at the intersection of creativity, technology, and execution, leading cross-functional engineering projects that power Nova Sky Stories’ global drone-show operations.You’ll oversee the end-to-end development and delivery of technical programs, ensuring they meet safety, performance, and creative goals. Working closely with our engineering, creative, and production teams, you’ll drive clarity, alignment, and accountability across multiple concurrent initiatives, helping to bring spectacular ideas from concept to sky. As an Engineering Program Manager, you’ll be responsible for:Lead planning and execution of complex engineering programs from concept through delivery, ensuring all projects meet timelines, budgets, and technical objectives.Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams including software, hardware, flight operations, and creative design to align deliverables and dependencies.Develop and manage detailed program schedules, risk assessments, and status reporting for stakeholders and leadership.Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks throughout the program lifecycle.Support system integration and testing, ensuring high standards for safety, reliability, and scalability in all flight systems.Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and cross-team collaboration.Interface with external vendors, manufacturing partners, and regulatory authorities as needed to support program success.Champion Nova Sky Stories’ commitment to innovation, safety, and creative excellence.
