Reporting to the Senior PMO Manager, you will oversee all phases of project execution — from inception to completion — ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This position requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and technical coordination skills to deliver successful outcomes in a highly regulated environment.ResponsibilitiesAs a Project Management, you :Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, working autonomously or collaboratively depending on complexitySupervise all project activities from initiation to finalization, ensuring compliance with objectives and deliverablesDefine project scope, timelines, and expectations in collaboration with stakeholdersMonitor project performance daily, manage risks, and implement mitigation plansEnsure proper organization, planning, and technical execution of project activitiesCommunicate progress, risks, and actions internally and externallyPrepare and present updates during workshops, meetings, and monthly Steering Group sessionsIdentify deviations (time, resources, etc.) and proactively implement corrective actionsProvide on-site support during manufacturing phases and maintain complete project documentationIdentify client and site requirements, optimizing resources and timelinesParticipate in EHS initiatives Manage project costs, invoicing, and forecasts in line with evolving activities.Skills & QualificationsYou hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, or equivalentYou have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in project management, ideally within the pharmaceutical industryYou already work in sterile production and product transfersKnowledge in cGMP standards You are fluent in both French and EnglishAutonomous in MS Office tools use (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Project.Recruitment ProcessBy applying for the Project Manager position, you will go through the following steps:First screening with Olivia Braszko, Talent Acquisition SpecialistTechnical interview with our Technical Director, Alexandre IvankovichFinal interview with our Business Unit Director, Jimmy Rousseaux.If you are passionate about leading complex projects in a highly regulated environment and want to contribute to life-changing innovations, we’d love to hear from you!
