We are passionate about people and invest in you to support the development of the European space industry.Job DescriptionService Management & DeliveryOversee the planning, execution, and quality assurance of services provided to ESA programmes.Ensure alignment of services with ESA’s strategic objectives and evolving engineering needs.Technical LeadershipManage the deployment of next-generation engineering methodologies (e.g., Concurrent Engineering, MBSE, industrialisation).Drive innovation in engineering tools and processes, including AI applications, advanced simulation, and digitalisation of ECSS standards.Stakeholder EngagementAct as the primary interface between the service/delivery team, ESA interfaces, and other partners.Prepare regular reports on service performance, resource utilisation, and technology roadmaps.QualificationsMinimum Education Background: Master’s Degree in a relevant engineering field.Experience in a satellite system engineer and early satellite mission development is a plus.A sound and proven experience in coordinating a high volume of multidisciplinary inputs in a dynamic environment, with continuously evolving boundary conditions.Ability to interface with multiple stakeholders and ability to efficiently produce synthesis of information.Excellent communication skills.Ability to interface with multiple stakeholders in international environment.Autonomy.Planning and organisation skills.Creativity to propose novel solutions aiming at efficiency increase.Flexibility withing a continuously evolving working environment.Additional InformationThis job is located in Noorwijk, Netherlands.If you think you have what it takes for this job, please send your CV (in English and in Word or PDF) to Medina Djakova, by clicking on the button “Apply for this job” quoting job NL-HP-25203.An exciting and dynamic international working environment awaits you!Inclusive and committed employer, our company works every day to combat all forms of discrimination and promote a respectful working environment.
