About Our GroupSource PM Team is a functional group that works on sputter source repair/conversion tasks so as to maintain a healthy inventory on source availability to support productionAbout The Role - You WillPerform sputter source repair according to Troubleshhooting Flowchart upon chronic failure sources identified.Perform sputter source conversion according to procedure per MPS plan to make sure no source disconnect.Perform source/Components failure analysis together with equipment engineers to improve source robustness, reduce failure rate and maintain qualityResponsible for proper tracking of failure components and compliance of procedureFeedback to management team upon issuesInvolving in cost saving projects, work with relevant parties to work as a team to drive cost reductionAbout YouSelf-motivated and positive working attitude.Team player with good problem-solving skill.Willing to work in clean room environment.Willing to work on 12hr (7.30am to 7.45pm) Day shift patternYour Experience IncludesRelevant experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantagePossess of Sputter knowledge will be an added advantageHands - on experience Location:Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations.
