Business Analyst eFX   Responsibilities: Client Implementation & Onboarding Lead and coordinate project kick-off sessions for clients implementing the trading platform. Work closely with clients to define business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications for development teams. Design functional workflows, document Functional Specifications, and ensure alignment between client expectations and technical delivery. Use Confluence and JIRA to document business analysis, user stories, and process descriptions. Manage stakeholder communication and expectations across clients and internal teams. Client Relationship Management Maintain ongoing engagement with existing clients to understand their system usage and business needs. Collaborate with internal support and product teams to resolve production issues promptly and effectively. Participate in client meetings, demos, and project reviews to ensure successful delivery and adoption of new functionalities. Contribute to planning and communication for client-facing initiatives and enhancements. Strategic & Process Improvement Support the development and execution of the customer engagement strategy. Provide insights to improve client communication, retention, and overall satisfaction. Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, standardize processes, and improve the client experience. Propose and implement process improvements to streamline client onboarding and maintenance workflows. Analytics & Reporting Generate client trading analytics to support sales and business development efforts. Analyze trading data to identify patterns and opportunities for improved execution and client outcomes. Prepare and distribute customized monthly trading reports for clients and partners. Maintain and enhance reporting dashboards used by executive and management teams for decision-making. Requirements Basic understanding of foreign exchange (FX) concepts, the financial markets, and industry practices. Experience in trading, sales trading, or account management within Equities, FX, Digital Assets, or Fixed Income markets is preferred. Strong interest in customer-facing roles with a focus on relationship management and partnership building. Foundational knowledge of product management, including defining Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and managing feature commercialization. Interest in technology, innovation, and problem-solving within financial systems or trading environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
