Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for an English Customer Satisfaction Representative. The representative will handle day-to-day interactions with customers, ensuring satisfaction through efficient problem resolution, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining positive customer relationships. This role includes addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and actively improving the overall customer experience by following company policies and using the provided communication tools effectively.
