Qualifications:Hold a Diploma 3 or Bachelor’s degree.Previous experience as a Customer Service Agent or Chat Support Agent is advantageous, but we welcome fresh graduates to apply.Must possess good proficiency in English with a minimum level of B1 or above.Stay informed about current affairs and events in relevant markets or countries.Exhibit strong teamwork, engagement, and analytical thinking skills.Willingness to work in rotational shifts.Must be able to work onsite in Yogyakarta.Responsibilities:Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through various communication channels, including phone, email, or chat.Assist customers in navigating our products or services, addressing their questions, concerns, and technical issues.Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems, escalating complex issues to higher levels of support when necessary.Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to customer service etiquette in all interactions.Document customer interactions, including inquiry details, solutions provided, and any follow-up actions required.Achieve or exceed performance targets, such as response time, customer satisfaction scores, and chat volume goals.Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure consistent and effective customer support.This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
