Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative located in Qesm El Maadi, with flexibility for occasional work from home. The Customer Service Representative will handle a range of responsibilities, including providing support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, documenting interactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves clear communication, problem-solving, and collaboration with internal teams to maintain high service standards. Qualifications Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skillsCustomer service experience and ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionallyProficiency in documentation and follow-up proceduresTechnical literacy with tools and systems relevant to customer supportMultitasking abilities and a results-oriented mindsetFluency in English (additional languages are a plus)Flexibility to work in both on-site and remote settingsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
