Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative located in Qesm El Maadi, with flexibility for occasional work from home. The Customer Service Representative will handle a range of responsibilities, including providing support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, documenting interactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves clear communication, problem-solving, and collaboration with internal teams to maintain high service standards.
