The role involves handling customer inquiries and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing technical support, and contributing to the overall success of the support team. The Specialist will use strong communication skills to address customer needs while maintaining a professional and courteous approach.QualificationsProficiency in Customer Support and ensuring Customer SatisfactionFluent proficiency in English for excellent written and spoken communicationAbility to adapt quickly to a hybrid work model and manage responsibilities in both in-office and remote settings
