Junior Recruitment Specialist (Mass Hiring)

You will source, screen, and hire candidates quickly and efficiently. Strong communication and organizational skills are key for this role.Manage end-to-end high-volume recruitment for frontline and operational roles.Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and virtual/in-person hiring events.Partner with hiring managers to align on role expectations, timelines, and market strategies.Host and coordinate job fairs, walk-ins, and mass outreach campaigns.Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet dynamic business needs.Optimize the candidate experience and ensure a streamlined, human-centered hiring process.Leverage ATS and recruitment analytics to track, improve, and report on key hiring metrics.Required Qualifications:Proven experience in high-volume recruitment within fast-paced industries (BPO, manufacturing, retail, or logistics preferred).Expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates at scale.Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to juggle multiple roles and deadlines.Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).What We Offer:Hybrid working methods.Transportation allowance provided.Comprehensive health and wellness benefits.A diverse and inclusive work environment driven by impact, ownership, and innovation.
