This allows you to keep working on new and exciting projects and enhance your career while still staying in the same company.【仕事内容】Department OverviewWe operate a number of warehouses in Japan where we store and manage internal company e Books, Fashion, and our company Direct items, and perform tasks such as receiving and shipping. In addition, we have developed a service called "Super Logistics" and receive items from merchants in in our company ecommerce, and we also do item-related work on behalf of them.What is necessary for the series of operations in this warehouse is the system developed by the EC Logistics Development Department. If our system stops, items purchased through e-commerce will not be delivered, and the only direct contact with customers is "logistics (delivery)". Logistics has a strong impression of being behind the scenes, but it plays such an important role.In addition, while managing these systems close to the "site (warehouse)", the control of the "estimated delivery date" displayed on ecommerce platform, the "delivery status display" from the purchase history, and the "delivery related notification" are also part of the system that our department is in charge of.In this way, we, the EC Logistics Development Department, develop and operate the "logistics" that support the company Group and the "systems" that support it in general.Position DetailsIn the operation of warehouses managed by company Logistics, Inc., a joint venture between company Group and Japan, and in the coordination of logistics-related data with our ecommerce service, you will be required to plan, design, and implement the necessary quality assurance processes, and strive to improve the quality of the entire service, not just individual products. As a QA Lead, actively participate in projects and be responsible for everything from planning QA implementation to execution and reporting. Improve testing processes and promote required standardization. Take the initiative in coordinating and negotiating with other companies, other departments within the company, and offsite with whom we have cooperative relationships, and strive to provide better outputs quickly. Review and provide feedback on test specifications and test cases.
