As a Customer Technology Advisor, you will not only shape the future of technology solutions but also make a meaningful impact on the success of our customers and Kyndryl as a whole.Job Responsibilities・Lead the process from proposal to contract signing by providing solutions and expertise based on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and OCI to address customers’ business challenges and drive digital transformation (DX)・Accurately understand customer needs, introduce solutions, conduct demonstrations, and collaborate with internal departments and solution partners to build trust and establish Kyndryl’s competitive advantage.
