The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the full-life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The role involves the development and implementation of employer branding strategies to attract and retain top talent. Daily tasks include working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, managing job postings, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.QualificationsMinimum 1 year experience in mass hiring English speakersFluency in Englush is a mustWorking hours : from 2 PM to 10 PM Strong skills in Interviewing and RecruitingAbility to develop and implement Employer Branding strategiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyExperience in the BPO industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a must
