Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. As an English Speaker at Alorica, you will provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will utilize your communication skills to assist customers through voice, email, or chat channels while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor. Additionally, you will document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to process improvements and enhanced service delivery.
