Job DescriptionDescription:Manages the assigned outstanding accountsNotifies customers with overdue debt and attempts to secure payment using telephone, fax, email, lettersRecords information about financial status of customer and status of collection effortsReceives calls from customers who have inquiries related to their ledger account balances or paymentsEstablishes and monitors credit limitsProcesses orders on hold by assessing associated risk and liaising with customersRecords information about financial status of customer and the status of assessment processProcesses written queries (mail/fax/post) received from customers within agreed SLAsRequirementsVery good English skillsEducational background in Accounting/Economical field is an assetExperience in activities that imply relation with customers/call center/front office activities is a plusVery good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a teamProfessional approach to work and positive attitudeCapacity to work under pressureGood organizational skillsGood practical knowledge of MS Office toolsAbout The TeamIn Cluj-Napoca (Romania), we are responsible for financial, data management, sales and project management operations throughout 9 European countries, in different foreign languages, for activities such as: Credit and Collection, Cash Application, Accounts Payable, Project Management, Master Data Management, Data Management Services and e-Business.
