Join our fast-growing company as an English-speaking Social Media Agent with C1 written and spoken English.It is a remote full-time position!Country: Philippines.Start date: 3 NovemberWork Schedule: There are 6 possible shifts:Tue-Sat or Wed-Sun or Thur-Mon or Fri-Tue or Sat-Wed or Sun-Thur9AM - 6PM ESTAt Mindy support you have great opportunity to get:Experience in the international company working with people around the globe.Compensation – $550 (first 2 months) then, $550 + 100$ bonus (KPIs)Training will be provided by the company and the client.20 paid days of vacations, 10 paid days sick leaves per year.Management's attention, support and motivation.Your responsibilities:- Monitor and respond to all public comments on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, etc.- Engage with positive and negative feedback;- Solve customer inquiries via emails;- Study and apply product knowledge to recommend, obtain or sell items based onunderstanding of the customers’ needsYou're a perfect candidate if you're:- A good communicator, energetic and positive team-player, a problem-solver;- Have experience in makeup/cosmetics/skincare/wellness (professionally or as a hobby)- Experience in Customer Support on Social media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube,Twitter, etc)- Understand social media slang;- Passionate about beauty products (is confident when speaking about beauty products, canunderstand customers, and can give recommendations based on their own generalknowledge)Technical Requirements:laptop with Windows 10 or 11, RAM 6GB, CPU i5, SSD 256GB, headset with microphonePexly is a global company.
