This role provides an exciting opportunity for educators who are passionate about shaping young learners' foundations in English Language and Literature.Job Location: Madinaty, New Cairo.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the Egyptian National Curriculum for Primary Stage students, promoting the development of core English language skillsCreate a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student curiosity, independence, and collaborative learningUtilize various teaching methodologies and resources to cater to diverse learning styles and enhance students' language comprehension and communication skillsRegularly assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and informal evaluations, providing timely feedback and support to foster academic growthBuild positive relationships with students and encourage their active participation in classroom discussions and activitiesWork closely with parents and caregivers to communicate student progress and involve them in the learning processCollaborate with fellow teachers to enhance the curriculum with interdisciplinary projects and extracurricular activitiesEngage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in teaching and curriculum developmentRequirementsBachelor's degree in English, Education, or a relevant fieldExperience teaching English to Primary Stage students is requiredMinimum of 1 year teaching experience, particularly with the National CurriculumStrong knowledge of English language, with the ability to inspire and motivate young learnersExceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleaguesCreative and adaptable teaching methodologies that promote active learning and student engagementCommitment to professional growth and willingness to contribute to the school's communitySafeguarding Statement: The safety and welfare of our students are paramount.
