We provide an English-based education with a strong emphasis on international curricula, encouraging students to develop essential 21st-century knowledge and skills.**Role Description**  Winpenny School seeks a full-time Teacher of English Language & Literature for Grades 8 (IMYC) and 9 (IGCSE). The successful candidate will design and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that promote high standards in speaking, listening, reading, and writing. You will develop an inclusive, interactive learning environment that supports students' academic and personal growth. Collaboration with colleagues to align teaching with international curricula and contribute to whole-school development is essential. This role is based in Cuajimalpa de Morelos, CDMX.**Key Responsibilities**  - Plan and deliver coherent, sequenced lessons aligned with international curricula (IMYC & IGCSE).  - Use assessment data to monitor and support student progress, identifying and addressing learning gaps.  - Promote high expectations and challenge students to achieve their full potential.  - Collaborate with subject leaders and colleagues to integrate literacy skills across the curriculum.  - Maintain positive communication with students, parents, and staff.  - Contribute to school improvement initiatives and professional development activities.**Qualifications & Skills**  - Native or bilingual English speaker.- Teaching experience of English Language & Literature with a strong grasp of curriculum and pedagogy.  - Experience in lesson planning and differentiated instruction for secondary students.  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  - Familiarity with international curricula (IMYC, IGCSE) is preferred.  - Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Education, English, or a related field; Teaching credentials.  - Commitment to creating a positive, inclusive classroom culture.
