Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as an Airline Customer Service Agent based in Sheikh Zayed City. The Airline Customer Service Agent will handle customer inquiries, manage bookings and reservations, provide accurate information about airline policies, assist with check-ins and boarding processes, resolve customer complaints, and ensure a smooth travel experience. The role involves frequent interaction with passengers, providing exceptional service and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Qualifications Strong customer service and interpersonal skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesExperience in managing bookings, reservations, and check-in processesFamiliarity with airline policies and proceduresAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentAttention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in computer systems and software used in airline operationsFlexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidaysPrior experience in the airline or travel industry is a plus
