Enrollment Specialist – Remote (Must Reside in Alabama)Location: Alabama (Remote)Compensation: $23 per hour, plus monthly performance bonus based on new client enrollmentsSchedule: Full-timeAbout The RoleOur client, a leading financial services organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families in managing self-directed care programs, is seeking Enrollment Specialists to join their growing team.In this role, you’ll guide clients through the enrollment process for various financial and administrative services, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. You’ll work closely with individuals who rely on these services for greater financial independence and stability. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, compassionate, and enjoys helping others navigate important processes.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist clients through the full enrollment process for financial management services. Clearly explain available services, eligibility criteria, and required documentation. Review, collect, and verify enrollment forms and ensure accuracy of data. Maintain up-to-date records and manage communication with clients via phone and email. Provide timely follow-up to ensure successful completion of enrollments. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and continuously improve the enrollment experience. Stay informed about current program policies, compliance standards, and process updates. QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred. 1–3 years of experience in customer service, enrollment support, or administrative roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in healthcare, social services, or financial services preferred. Compassionate and professional approach to client interactions. Compensation & Benefits $23 per hour with monthly bonuses based on performance.
